pattern play

Though I’m still in NYC enjoying this beautiful Spring weather, it’s back to regular programming over here on C&S.  I want to thank last week’s guest posters for curating such fantastic content AND for providing me with so many great ideas related to weddings and events.  If you too are in the midst of planning, make sure to click back and check out Kate, Becca, Nikki, & Cara‘s inspirational posts!

Recently, while culling pinterest for Monday’s feature Pattern Play, I found myself repeatedly coming back to unique animal prints.  I’ve always loved this classic Zebra print from Scalamandre for how dyanamic it feels – like the Zebras are mid-prance.  And the dog lover in me can’t stay away from this whimsical dachshund print from one of my all-time favorite textile artists, Luli Sanchez.  There’s something fun and care free about mixing them, no? Happy Monday friends, glad to be back!
