One of the things I’m most looking forward to about the new apartment in NYC is the fact that it has a working fireplace. Yep, it’s one of those charming things I never really thought much about until I realized I was going to be lucky enough to have one. While I’ll be curled up by it’s warmth, roasting s’mores once the winter temps kick in, I’ve been thinking about how I can use it for decorating purpose during the summer season.
I love the idea of filling a fireplace with gorgeous objects à la the images below but can’t decide which look is my favorite… I adore the the romantic feel of the one filled with antlers, think the logs stacked inside are a great space saving idea, and also really enjoy the simplicity of a gorgeous screen. Help! What do you think?!
