I treated myself to a day off yesterday to turn in my final project for summer semester. I’m officially a master draftsman! Kidding, far from it… I actually had one of those perfect NYC days where I accomplished every thing I needed to, was up-down-all-around the city, and squeezed in lunch at Eataly and a great dinner at Tartine (a new favorite local haunt) with my lovely blogger ladies, Sarah, Alex, and Mackenzie.
For the rest of the week, I’m all about getting settled in the new apartment. I’ve been on the hunt for unique lighting which is how I found my latest crush, Carol Stupell rock crystal lamps (during my afternoon 1stdibs scour sessions). Sadly, they’re wildly out of my price range, but it can’t hurt to ogle right? Sigh. Aren’t they gorgeous? Maybe some day….
ps: anyone think these can be DIY-ed? I certainly don’t claim to be crafty but I’d be willing to try my hand at these.
