As you may have noticed, it was completely quiet over here yesterday. I moved! I’m officially a West Villager now! As excited as I am about this new development, it somehow felt like we had way more stuff to pull out of boxes than what originally went in… Why does that always happen?
Needless to say, the apartment is pretty much a disaster zone and despite the fact that this picture of Elle Fanning has already made the rounds on the internet, it could not capture my current state of mind any more perfectly. So I hope you’ll excuse me while I continue to store, clean, tidy, and organize for the next couple of days. Wishing you an early happy weekend!
P.S. I so appreciated all of your help with the great couch debate! It seems like almost everyone prefers the look of a tufted couch (and I agree, they can be so chic), but in the end comfort was more important to me than I had previously thought. I went with number 2 in a gorgeous gray tweed and can’t wait to share some pics when it finally arrives!
