It’s Thursday again which can only mean one thing over here on C&S – another it list!  I’m  so excited that Sarah Tolzmann, author of one of my favorite blogs Note To Self is here with her picks today.  Sarah was one of the first people to reach out to me when I started my own blog and her support has been nothing short of invaluable to me.  She has killer taste {seriously, check out her pins} and an incredible eye for graphic design.  She was also kind enough to host me earlier this week on Note to Self during her finals mayhem along with a slew of other fantastic guest posters – be sure to check it out here.

Welcome to week three of the it list!  Whaddya guys think so far? Are you enjoying hearing about other bloggers fave finds? I know I am… I’m ashamed to admit I didn’t even know what Houzz was until Shannon introduced me in week one {and I consider myself to be something of an internet addict AND an interior design addict}.

This week I want to introduce you to Lara Ramos, the makeup maven behind the beauty blog The Glossarie.  Lara and I met thru the twitterverse and I’ve loved following along on her journeys from perusing trade shows to testing a new beauty product that we should all already know about but don’t.  Best of all? Well the ‘it list’ officially has me really excited for Thursdays – which were previously just kinda okay.  Last week Shannon kicked off the segment with her picks {if you haven’t checked them out yet, please do – they’re fantastic} and for our second edition, we asked our ten pressing questions to Design Darling‘s Mackenzie Horan!

I’ve been reading Mackenzie’s blog for a couple of years now but it wasn’t until I start C&S that we connected.  Her effervescent attitude and pitch perfect style are completely infectious and I can’t wait to meet her in person next time I’m in NYC.  Mackenzie also recently became a contributor to my one of my favorite online monthlies – Matchbook Magazine.  In fact, she penned last month’s cover story with my personal design idol, Jonathan Adler.  It’s a must read people…

If you haven’t heard by now/have been living under a rock, Mackenzie is opening an online boutique to accompany her blog.  It’s pretty much the talk of the blog town these days and it launches THIS month.  I absolutely cannot wait to see what goodies she has in store for all of us.  Thanks for partaking in the ‘it list’ Mackenzie!
